Under the recorded master covenants, trucks, commercial vehicles and recreation vehicles can't park overnight unless fully enclosed inside a structure; boats, trailers, campers and mobile homes can't be kept outside one; and a commercial vehicle is limited to four hours on a residential lot except during construction or maintenance work. Neighborhood declarations layer their own parking rules on top — confirm the current rules for your neighborhood with the association (Declaration section 8.17, O.R.
